Building on the success of our small grants programme launched 15 years ago, we are excited to introduce the UAE Conservation Leaders Grant. This local initiative, supported by Mubadala, aims to promote local conservation efforts by supporting hands-on conservationists in the UAE. Through this programme, we aspire to enhance conservation capacity by identifying and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.

We invite proposals from applicants of all nationalities residing in the UAE. The UAE Conservation Leaders Grant is open to all levels of experience and will prioritise field conservation activities aimed at protecting threatened and locally important species.  All applications will be assessed by our independent Advisory Board and feedback can be expected as outlined below.
