Scaling up successful conflict mitigation strategies in Cajamarca, Peru.
1. Implement 14 chicken coops in the town of Mollecorral in the community of San Felipe in order to incorporate 85% of the families interested in our program. 2. Implement a rotating first aid kit for chickens and provide disease prevention workshops. In these workshops, they will learn how to identify different common diseases, how to treat them, and how to vaccinate their chickens 3. To further increase the impact, we also will be delivering farm chickens to increase egg production and, therefore, increase income and improve people's nutrition.
