Photographic documentation of the Orthoptera fauna of KhyberPakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
The sample of Orthopteroid were captured from different cultivation, different fruits, forests lands, orchards/rangeland, various herbs/shrubs and some from crest hills, semi-desert and desert regions. All the samples were encountered by insect net which was 9 cm in width and 51 cms in length while some of species were also captured by hands. The field survey was carried during the proposed years inorder to document the Orthoptera fauna of KhyberPakhtunkhwa by me and my PhD Scholar. He has sound knowledge about the Orthoptera fauna and have excellent experience as insect collector during his master’s studies. Moreover, he is aware of GIS , Phytogeography software’s and have experience in digital photography. Additionally, I being a supervisor will teach him about the different aspects of taxonomy and ecology of Orthoptera biodiversity. Photograph will be taken by different ways . Further, the photographs were run through the Adobe series for clean up to see clear cut characters. Images were taken by using a camera (Canon EOS 6d DSLR Camera with 24-105mm lens) . Nearly, 2000 samples are captured are under indentification process few of the species captured are as follows.

Oxya velox, Oxya hyla hyla . Other are under identification process. Beside this, several species nymphs were also seen during the months of March. Hopefuly this study will form a firm basis for the future conservatinalist/ researchers for the further study.
