Rara Lake Frog
Rara Lake Frog (Nanorana rarica) is endemic to Nepal and has been reported only from the Lake Rara (2,990m asl) situated at Rara National Park, Nepal. The species was described by Dubois & Matsui, 1983 as a new species based on morphometry and hardly any other information exists about it that's why the IUCN Red List (2004) has placed it under the Data Deficient category.

Ridge Marsupial Frog
The ridge marsupial frog (Gastrotheca psychrophila) is an endemic and endangered species with a known distribution range limited to the Cordillera Oriental (Southern Ecuador). The project is aimed to assess its population range and health in the Madrigal del Podocarpus Natural Reserve, reduce its habitat degradation (remove invasive pine trees and plant native species), search for new populations and implement a wide awareness-raising campaign.

Sancti Spiritus Trope
Cuba is the center of diversification of the colorful dwarf boas’ genus Tropidophis, harboring 60% of all West Indian species. Many have restricted distribution ranges and are subjected to serious threats like habitat loss and intentional killing. The aim of this project is to provide updated baseline information on the ecology, distribution, and conservation status of the dwarf boas inhabiting the Guamuhaya Massif, central Cuba.
