projects for all species types with all IUCN classifications throughout the world.

In order to save the Tahiti monarch from of Little Fire Ant, we are trying drone applications (in forest) and ultradiluted fipronil (in houses). 175 on 179 house were negative in 2021 and the eradication in a 17 ha cliff was confirmed 3 years after - in 2021 we successfully treated 48 ha of forest with 4 drone applications (3 mega LFA colonies). In this project we seek to improve the effectiveness of playback surveys of this endangered primate, hoping to increase the speed and accuracy of animal counting. If successful, this technique can be employed in surveys of other forest species as well.
